I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it. Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome. The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great. The restaurants were beautiful, and the cocktails at the pool bar were unforgettable. I’m not even a big drinker, but every drink was delicious! Our room was cleaned twice a day, and the staff were so thoughtful, even organizing our things neatly. Room service was fast and polite, and there were plenty of fun activities like water volleyball. My partner is very social, and soon the staff all knew us — they always greeted us with big smiles. I also appreciated that no one tried to sell us memberships or packages. We could just relax and enjoy our time. Funny enough, as I was leaving, I actually thought, I want to come back next year — maybe even as a member! Before booking, I saw some mixed reviews from 2023, but everything on this trip exceeded my expectations. The service, food, and atmosphere were all perfect.
