"Hotel was nice. Close enough to broadway to walk. Far enough away to not hear music when you needed quiet time. Staff friendly. We didn’t have water one day but they told us in advance and provided water bottles. Fire alarm went off the night the water was shut off at 3am. Scared the hell out of our family and the hotel didn’t mention anything the next day about what happened. Just said it was a false alarm. "

The hotel is a little dated but its very clean and in walking distance to the Broadway strip. If I ever go back to Nashville I will stay at this hotel again for surr."

We had originally booked our stay with Comfort Suites but when we arrived close to midnight after a 9 hour drive with children we noticed their AC was not working properly or at all. The elevator and phone system was broken, the room they offered was on the third floor. I am a senior with heart issues, arthritis, prosthetic hip and lower leg ankle.
