"We chose Boothbay Maine for our yearly men’s weekend in October 2023. We all arrived on Wednesday and left on Sunday. We were supposed to be 12 guys this year but only 9 friends could make it. The house can accommodate up to 14 people very comfortably. The location of the house was perfect being close to downtown Boothbay Harbor and the views of the water from the house were spectacular. We enjoyed the dock in front of the house where you could explore the water on a provided canoe or kayak....

"Nice house in quiet location. Great kitchen!! Master bed was comfy except sheets should be replaced. The house is large with a huge finished basement. The TV in the basement was OK. The basement sofa is comfy but the primary sofa upstairs was uncomfortable. All in all... a very good property that could be great with better bed sheets and living room sofa."

"Map quest and google take you on unnecessary routes into the cabin. We got there in the dark and after being instructed to drive into the woods on dirt road we came into someones back yard. Noticed one small sign nailed to post pointing in "assumed" direction to go. No lights, very dark and even when we found the house no lights were left on or hey how about a solar night light over the door?. Need a welcome book too listing what's what and where inside items are located"
