“Ocean sands has been recently renovated so it’s very clean & nicely appointed. Ronin at the front desk was so nice & helpful during our stay! It’s just steps to Long sands & has a nice new market with coffee & good selection of other items. Would definitely recommend & will stay here again!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The balcony overlooks the pool and you can see the ocean. The staff were helpful at checkin and that’s about all the interaction we had. I liked the location was a bit further away from the hub of Old Orchard Beach.”

“Le principal point fort de ce motel est sans contredit le travail des propriétaires, qui habitent sur place et mettent beaucoup d'efforts à garder les lieux très propres. Le bâtiment a été repeint, les planchers en linoléum, le mobilier et les électroménagers sont récents, et la piscine est très propre avec une toile qui semble neuve. L'emplacement est excellent : à une distance de marche du centre d'Old Orchard Beach, suffisamment éloigné pour éviter le bruit tout en restant facilement……
