“Very convenient access to beach and the pier. Limited seating at pool. We traveled with a teen and a preteen and would definitely stay here again.”

“The property itself has promise but lots of run down out of date equipment. Our air conditioner was moldy and the front cover was broken/detached. It also leaked on the exterior which was the porch. The screen on the slider was ripped open and the screen didn't close all the way. Second room screen was missing altogether. If the owner invested in repairs and upgrades, would be a great place to stay.”

“Very large clean rooms. Beautiful clean swimming pool with plenty of chaise lounges. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Landscaped nicely with lots of places to sit outside and relax. Great price on the rooms. Convenient location close to everything in Ogunquit and Wells.”
