“What a great little gem in Savannah. Just what we wanted when visiting this beautiful town. The home was clean, beautiful and well equipped. They really think of everything you might need. Staff was great, food wonderful and refreshments always available!”

“Wonderful "historic" home in a great part of town (midtown, just off Forsyth Park-we highly recommend staying in this part of town which is quiet and convenient). Owners did a great job of adding modern conveniences to the 19th century building making the experience comfortable while getting the feel for the character of Savannah. Staff was friendly and helpful but unobtrusive. We especially liked the second entrance to our room which led out to an expansive balcony.”

“Godley Manor made our stay in Savannah a joy. After all of our daytime travels it was like returning home. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful making for a wonderful start of the day. Our host was easily reachable and made sure all our needs and requests were taken care of. We would definitely stay here if ever visiting Savannah again. “Great location in the heart of Historic Savannah, just steps away from many restaurants, shops, tours, etc. East Bay Street is right outside your window and the river front/River Street is just a block away. The unit was very clean and well furnished, with easy access from the dedicated parking space and gated courtyard. The king and queen bedrooms were very large and comfortable. The living room was cozy with a sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. Overall, we enjoyed our quick visit to……

“This was our first time staying at a historic inn we will definitely be back. Breakfast was great. They give you two breakfast items to choose from. It changes daily. In the evening they set up finger foods and wine.”
