"Our host was supremely accommodating, highly communicative, prompt with any response and action. Entry and operation of all aspects were a breeze. We were welcomed with a very clean stay, a box of chocolates, and everything we could possibly need. The home as well appointed, and of course the backyard is an oasis dream in Cathedral city! 100% recommend this host and his lovely property. Very grateful for the most enjoyable stay."

"We took our two kids, pre-teen and teen boys, for five nights and we all had a great time. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The boys especially loved the basketball hoop in the pool. My husband and I liked the walking path that goes in between the backyards. There is a beautiful view of the mountains."

"We loved the view of the golf course, mountains and watching the planes take off. Condo was extremely quiet. Pool was just steps away. The property is very large and has some really nice pathways. There is a grocery store a few blocks away that was excellent. Restaurants are within driving distance although we mostly ate at the condo so we could enjoy the views. Kitchen was well stocked and it was really nice they had things like Saran and tin foil as well as some spices. Lots of towels and...

"The property is located in a nice area. The house is spacious and has a nice pool. Easy check-in and quick responses from our host. Suggestions that would have improved our stay would include updated linens, including sheets and all towels. Ensuring all overhead lights and lamps are in working order. Some upgrades in the kitchen including a new sink and glasses and dishes. Overall the house is quite dated , but the host is amazing."

"The CCBC staff did a good job keeping the grounds clean and manicured. I got the all over tan I wanted and had freedom of the place. A/C unit in the room was a new under the window type, but it was too loud to operate in the room at night. I hate those types anyway in any room but I managed."

"The property was spacious , well equipped and well located. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and picking lemons each day to make delicious lemonade. Any problems that we had were quickly resolved and any recommendations suggested were graciously accepted.. We would highly recommend it ."
