“Reserved room with sofa bed due to 3 adults. Had to call to get linens for the sofa bed and was told none were available. Had to go to the front desk for a mgr and was told they didn't have any available again. Finally after waiting 20 mins on staff investigation I was told linens would be brought to the room. Hotel bar closed at 10pm on a Friday. Many people left unhappy. Continental breakfast was disappointing for a higher priced hotel. The Omelette station was nice, but the line was too long……

“Room was clean. Staff was OK. The front desk could be a little nicer. I suggest getting to the breakfast bar early or it will be picked through. Overall, I would stay again, but maybe not for that price.”

“Very happy with my stay everything met my needs and was informed that they come in and do blacklight inspections. They've gotten excellent reports. 👌 I know I'm not the only one who needs to hear this.”

“The stay was great! Can’t blame it on the staff but the open and available car charger was inoperable when I pulled up after driving for 15 hours that day. I filtered this property because of the car charging port. Had to drive over to the next closest charger and sit in the car for another 30 minutes before driving back to the hotel to sleep. Bed was great, room was great. Everything was clean otherwise”

“I noticed there was a self-check-in kiosk in the entryway. There was no employee available in the lobby, although there was a sign with a phone number to call if assistance was needed. The self-check-in process took about five minutes, and when I received my room card, it was completely blank. Fortunately, I had remembered my room number. One thing that immediately made me uncomfortable was that I had not seen a single employee. The room itself was clean, and I only paid about $80 for one night,……

“Great hotel overall had a great stay”

“We have stayed here multiple times. Our main complaint is the breakfast. When we stayed the first time there was a full breakfast. The continental breakfast that is now being served leaves a lot to be desired. One kind of fruit and one flavor of yogurt. Don't think the sign asking guests to not eat too much is needed.”
