“3 day stay and tried to leave after 1 night. never found hot coffee. my room didn't have Wi-Fi, tv didnt work, 60% of the lights didnt work, no shampoo, shower head was barely hanging on, beds sheets dirty. After accepting all the bs, i only cared about the wife as it was a work stay. I felt threatened by the staff for asking. I was never able to get Wi-Fi and asked two days in a row when asking, and recorded for my safety, the manager took the phone from the front desk and went in the office……

“The property has a great layout and the rooms are spacious. There was no coffee at breakfast, only one carafe of coffee. It was spring break weekend though, so might have been more busy than normal. Average breakfast offerings, so, not bad. Staff was very friendly. We stayed at a different property the weekend prior and this property was much more family friendly. It was acceptibly clean. It just looks like it needs maintenance, like peeling wallpaper. Moldy caulking in the bathroom. Toilet……

One of the employees appeared to be smoking in the hall when we were walking down the hall to our room. They ducked out the stairwell, but you could still smell the smoke”
