“This is my 2nd stay at this property. Everything you need is here and the location is super close to the State Park, Golf Course and Marina. All the rooms are comfortable and unit is well appointed. This is our go to place if we are fishing at the north end of Dale Hollow Lake. Dave is a great host and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. ”

“This was a very simple clean house to stay. We enjoyed the beautiful quiet location. Be aware cell phone reception is very minimal, to no service. The host does provide wifi so it helps.”

We started each day for a walk, went on hikes during the day, played games and watched movies. It was a great space to spend time with each other but to also give space for when the college student needed to do some work or the baby needed to sleep. “Good location right on the river. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property, the provided dishes and supplies were top notch and it was very quiet our entire stay. It’s about 25 minutes from the trout hatchery and has good access to the river. We mostly fished the dam and hatchery creek, but the river access from the ramp is honestly less steep than I expected (it’s less steep than the boat ramp at the kendall recreation area). These are pretty roomy cabins (I rented the triplex……
