"Clean and cozy cottage with a beautiful view. Host was very responsive and left wonderful details for nearby restaurants and also instruction for any emergencies. Beds were comfortable. Back porch was wonderful for morning coffee! Cell phone coverage was not available at the location. I'm not sure if it was the storm that was happening or the remoteness of the location. Host does provide Wi-Fi however, so we were able to still use the phones. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay...

"Mindy and Sean are absolutely the most wonderful Hosts we have ever encountered. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Gave us advice as to what regions to look for property in, as well as advice on eateries in mountain view. Hint..... Go to Los Locos!!! The cabin has everything you could ever need, even coffee in the cabinets. I can't wait to go again!!"

"My wife, and I took a weekend to get away from our phones, grab the dog, and spend some time together in nature with our phones turned off. This was the perfect place for it. Secluded spot with helpful, friendly hosts; Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals; fishing was great; paddleboat was awesome; homemade apple pecan bread was fantastic (as advertised in other reviews); pup had plenty of area to run. A much need weekend away! We will be back!"

"This tiny house was immaculately clean and exactly as described by the owner. It was just a few minutes from downtown and from Blanchard caverns. It was so peaceful that you could really hear the birds singing quite loudly early in the morning. I was able to feel quite safe walking my dog in the neighborhood."

"Myself and two friends went to Cotter to fish the white river. We found the house beautifully decorated and in great condition. It worked perfectly for us as base. Does the construction of the house is older? It is remarkably new and remodeled on the inside. My only recommendation would be to add additional recliners for tired fisherman after a long day on the white catching trout!"

"We loved our weekend getaway! Remote location, we enjoyed exploring some nearby trails, looking for wildlife tracks, and wading at the swimming hole. The driving directions were very helpful and while SUV would likely be beneficial on some of the roads, our Subaru Outback did just fine. Accommodations were as described and beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed drinking my coffee while watching the sunrise and my toddler play in the living room."
