The location was perfect; Away from the busy city, but close enough for a reasonable drive. The room provided a wonderful place to rest and take a load off. We had excellent privacy and a quiet atmosphere. The host was especially helpful whenever we had any questions about the room, beach access, etc. I would highly recommend this...

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this just right apartment sized place. It is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to downtown and nearby restaurants aplenty. There is even a nice trail down to Lake Washington nearby."

"Terrific location in North End Tacoma. Gathered with 3 friends to spend an evening preparing food and visiting. Kitchen met our needs to prepare a nice meal. Lots of choices to watch movies on the large screen TV. One of us made use of the hot tub. Enjoyable under the winter sky, and the owners were respectable for the use of this shared space. The beds were super comfortable and the shower in the bathroom has a nice, wide rain shower head. Thank you for the cozy stay!"

"The bed is comfortable. The shower is modern and clean and the air is fresh. The trees are tall surrounding the cozy room. The kitchen and laundry are very nice though we didn’t use them. The host is very friendly and quick to with a response. And it’s only a few blocks away from Seattle Pacific University! Way better than a hotel!"

"We enjoyed our stay! The house is in a residential neighborhood, with frequent buses during the day to take you to downtown. Downstairs is a nice shared kitchen. Private rooms with attached private bathrooms are upstairs. Rooms are nicely furnished and very clean! On the small side but fits a couple just fine. Vince was a great host, very communicative and friendly over email. Note that they use an additional reservation process, so once you reserve you will need to respond to emails to sign...

"My family of 6 stayed here 2 nights and we have to say Wow! We were not sure when we pulled up and saw the outside. It's ok, but the nice surprise was the totally remodeled inside! They did such an amazing job on the remodel. All the appliances and furniture were very nice. Bathrooms were amazing-jetted shower with rain head in master along with heated mirrors. The beds were comfortable and big fans in the rooms, since they don’t have A/C. All in all, very comfortable and I hated leaving, couldn’t rebook because they are always booked up. "I wonder if our original property address got changed along the way. I didn't realize there were 2 different addresses mentioned in communications so we went to wrong address first then looked at later communication that had different address . Finally figured it out when picture and codes for locks did not match at first address. Took a while to reach manager to get into property at later address as room lock code had also been miscommunicated. So "bed" room is exactly that- just a bed. Kitchen...
