The very next morning we wake up and it’s still over 80° in the room and this was the day we were checking out and they tell me oh sorry we know it’s not working we have an AC company coming and asked me if I would like a fan. So they knew the system was broken when I complained and never offered to move me. It was a miserable stay! The room was dingy looking. Stains on the carpet and chair. I will not return in the future.
