"Don & Perky were wonderful hosts and we really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for our day trips to Burlington & Quebec. The guesthouse was clean and comfortable and we were lucky to spend the day there and observe the eclipse over the lake, avoiding the crowds."

"We stayed in this house because of it's close proximity to family during the holidays, but it ended up being such a great find that we hope to stay in again! The house uses space very well, the kitchen is spacious and I found everything I needed to do baking and cooking. We loved the room that looked out on the lake with big sliding doors. One thing to note is that one bedroom, with the King sized bed, is down in a refinished area of the basement, so it does require lots of up and down a steep...

"I chose this location because it was right on the water, and pet friendly, prerequisites for our vacation choice. The house is beautiful inside; clean, roomy, and perfect for our family size and gathering. We were celebrating my 70th birthday, and it could not have been a more memorable experience.
