Cozy 1850's farmhouse in the heart of midcoast Maine!
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"My family and I loved this stay. The house is big and can sleep many people comfortably, would be great for families with kids. The hosts met us, gave us a tour and they were very kind. It is a working farm, but we had plenty of privacy as well. Would be happy to stay again."

Newly-built waterfront home with fast WiFi, furnished deck, & washer/dryer
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (6)
"The property is new and clean. The view of the ocean is lovely and it was very quiet there. It is very close to the main house so not sure how private it would be if someone was staying at the main house at the same time especially since the window facing the main house has no shade. The kitchen is well stocked but wish they had some non stick pans. The listing states that there is a dishwasher but that is not accurate. There was none. It is a 10 - 15 minute drive to Moody's Diner. We did get...

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (5)
"Laura was a gracious host, and opened up their beautiful property to our group. We were staying in Waldoboro for a wedding, and they were so helpful! They even offered to provide a ride to and from the venue! While we didn’t need their assistance with the drive, their support felt genuine and heartfelt. I’d recommend anyone interested in a charming, magical midcoast escape to consider this property!"

"We had a great time staying at this location. The listing was correct. Everything was clean, well thought-out, and thorough. The layout of the space was funky (as are most old houses in Maine) but useful. We had no issues with heat, water, electricity, internet, or anything else. Cabinets, shelves, and drawers were labeled for ease of finding things. It was well-stocked with cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, and the like. Appliances were functional. We had two chill dogs with us and they were...

Remodeled Waterfront Home with Wraparound Deck, Water Views, & Beach Access
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (32)
"PROS: We spent eight nights in this modern up-to-date home. After a couple of fits and starts regarding check-in everything went smoothly. The location, while slightly remote, is still only a 15 minute trip to Damariscotta where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and even a theater. The large deck and water views were a plus. Happy to see that a railing had been added to the stairway leading to the main bedroom. CONS: Climate change has made the old adage that you don't need A/C in...

"At first I was skeptical because of the dirt track of a road. But my skepticism disappeared with the house. Lovely location, so very quiet, would use them again"

"3 bedrooms but only 2 fans were provided. There was soot or grime on the kitchen walls. Vacuum was dirty and clogged. Multiple brooms were provided, but no dustpan. Mold in the basement."
