“It’s a very nice place. The sheets and beds were very comfortable. I’d say the only thing that could have been better was having boxes of tissues in the house and hand towels in the bathroom. There were towels and washcloths but not hand towels. Other than that everything was good. This has nothing to do with the house but the road construction was absolutely insane. So if you’re in the area staying, give yourself a little time to get where you’re going. I did message our host pointing out a few……

“I’m sure the inside of the property was nice. But, when we arrived at the building, we decided not to get out of our car. The area did not look safe. The building looked rundown with broken windows, and AC units hanging out of them, the road itself was full of potholes and trash. The “gated parking lot” looked like a dump. We did not get a check-in confirmation until after out 4:00 check in time. We did not get pictures of the outside of the building until after we arrived also. We were……

“Nice off the street parking, security is good (two sets of codes), walkable area with plenty of restaurant options. Apartment was spacious, has a nice couch!”

“I do not believe the host or the home was completely prepared for our arrival. HOWEVER, after speaking with the host, it seemed to be a miscommunication on VRBO's end. ”

“This day at this location was absolutely amazing. The host available every time we had a question about any part of check-in or checkout responded in minutes. The property itself is absolutely lovely. The building and location is so convenient to downtown and the Local neighborhood shops and places to eat are awesome!
