“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

“It was pretty clean, just outdated a little bit they had somethings closed due to refurbishing but the room was nice. The pool is small but wasn’t bad if you’re the only ones in there.”

“Great place , no breakfast which is unusual for a Hilton garden inn but overall good place to stay for the price in Milwaukee.”

“The outside landscaping of the property looks like it hasn’t been touched in years. Weeds growing up, shrubs overgrown, etc. it’s a shame because the building itself is attractive. It does not give a good first impression. The first room they put us in had a patio door to the outside that could not be secured because the bar was broken. Also we could hear every noise from the hallway. The door and walls didn’t seem to be insulated. We checked with Will at the front desk and he moved us to……

“We arrived at 12.30, our room was ready but we couldn’t check in unless we paid $25. Just odd. I have never encountered this before even at a Hyatt even though the staff member said it was company policy. Everything else was good except our room was not cleaned.”

“The hotel was nice but the problem is at check in we were told it was from 7-10 along with a lot of other people. They started shutting it down at 9. The sign in breakfast area says it’s over at 9 so staff told everyone wrong time. Then there was a homeless guy sleeping and drolling at breakfast which was disgusting. Elevator stopped working during our stay. I know things happen but still aggravating.”
