“I can overlook a certain amount of upgrades not being done, but our room literally smelled aweful. It was the worst every time the air clicked on. The room was mostly clean otherwise. The breakfast was a negative, too. The omlet line was long being a holiday weekend...wish we would have waited anyways because the other food was not good...we were there within the last hour of breakfast, so likely it had just sat out a long time. “I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a……

“Great access to the beach. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast would be great if they didn’t use powdered eggs. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and ready to assist.”

“This hotel is under-construction. My suite was not clean, light was coming through the door to outside and the connecting door. I couldn't access the business center. The gym was tiny. Bugs were able to come in through the cracks in the doors.”
