"We had an amazing stay at The Fairmont in Dallas to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in, everyone we came in contact with went out of their way to go above and beyond in customer service. This was our first experience at a Fairmont Hotel and was by far the best hotel experience we ever had. Jack F and Philip P especially deserve recognition for outstanding service.
