“Clean room, breakfast was good, but bathroom floor was all cracked and could see toilet pipes”

“Our room was quite comfortable and slept well. There was no noise in adjacent rooms or the hall and we were next to the elevator. Very nice. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Much more than the hotel we stayed at the night before which was not a Hampton so a plus when we look for future stays we’ll consider Hamptons over other hotel chains.”

“Listen... Lina in the office was INCREDIBLE. She deserves both sides of her pillow being cold every night. HOWEVER....... When we got there, the first night, we were told our room was damaged by guests prior and we needed to switch rooms for the night, which is understandable. We were even upgraded for that night and got the 3 bedroom cottage which was amazing. Right across the street, a lady tried to break into this truck that was parked and threatened a man with a butcher knife. We chose to……

“Nothing unique about about the property. They have a nice swimming pool no hot tub. My only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. Sheets were inside out. I had to call and ask for them to please send someone mop our floor. It was filthy. I also spoke to the maid and someone else with a name tag on and told them how dirty the door and the wall by toilet was. I rated it a 3 due to the bed and cleanliness was so bad. Front desk staff was very nice. We were going to stay another night due to……

“No TV service When I arrived the room was boiling hot. Breakfast has very few items to choose from. The motel is old, but is kept neat and clean. Overall, it's an ok stay for the price.”

“For the location and the price, you simply can’t beat it! There are tons of stores within walking distance. You can see the beach from the parking lot. All of the staff were super helpful and funny. Honestly if you’re looking for something economical, but still nice, I would highly suggest it. It is a little further away from the main casinos on the strip, but I love driving along the coast, so that was fun to me. I normally stay somewhere in Ocean Springs when I come to town (which is often),……

“The room was across the hall from a room that they were dehumidifying. The air made our room feel "wet". It was terribly uncomfortable. The receptionist reluctantly agreed to move us to another room only after maintenance came. All he did was turn our air down to 60. That just made the room wet and cold. It was just unbearable. Tried to call the front desk and found out the phone was not working. The pool water looked like soup it was so cloudy. The room was not made up any of the three……
