“I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait……

“The room was spotless. The lobby was designed well, with tasteful furniture, a beautiful fireplace and well decorated for the Christmas holidays. One note, when making a reservation, always ask for a room at the front of the hotel as the back of the hotel, the one facing the parking lot, has a train in the distance that you can hear during the day and night”

“The room was beautiful & very comfortable. Would like it if a hook was installed close to the shower to be able to grab my towel when I’m wet. The breakfast bar was never open thd 3 mornings we stayed. One morning I was able to purchase a couple muffins & some pastries. Was very disappointed lack of items & variety in the “Market”. Front desk person told us NOTHING about amenities when we checked in. I had to call down & ask about specific things, especially concerning the breakfast. People……

“I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza. The room was very clean, and the entire property was spotless and well maintained. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. It whole experience even better. The bathroom was spacious and exceptionally clean, and the shower had strong water pressure, making for a very enjoyable bath. The mattress was amazing and the bed sheets had a very pleasant smell of lavender. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it if you……

“Everything was perfect. Sam at the front desk was amazing. My 7 year old has an obsession with fake mustaches and Sam would light up everytime my son walked in with one. It was a fun experience and Sam deserves a raise! Thank you for making our stay wonderful!”
