Derby Residences

Nice facilities felt safe

It was great, comfortable, and would stay here again. My only issue was that on check in the front desk guy was so loud that i wouldnt be surprised if someone walked away with my identity. Stated my name loudly, my room number... made me uncomfortable. Anyways, overall a great place. Never heard a soul in the hallway which was nice. And our room was amazing

Quiet! staff are friendly and accommodating, will book again.

The location was good and the staff was very friendly.

We have a wonderful stay the front desk Lady was very helpful with take out recommendations and much much more!

Enjoyed visit; staff friendly and breakfast was good. Happy hour during weekdays is a nice touch.

Clean brlathroom, clean room, has netflix and YouTube on the TV, balcony

Hotel was nice. Pros: location, free parking, clean, microwave and fridge, free water, pool, staff friendly, nice size bathroom and also a nice size bathroom at entrance, coffee and tea was out in morning Cons: no free breakfast. Pillows; my sister said her pillows were to soft. I found them quite nice. Seems to be a preference. The Tv was rather small for two queen beds to share (around 30 inches). Area: Milford beach parking is $40 and beach wasn’t special. Wood mount beach FREE street...

It was a nice stay.. quiet .. clean rooms.. super friendly staff!

Nice property. Surrounding area is not great…

Friendliest staff!

Great location... excellent staff and comfortable rooms! And a great warm breakfast each morning! Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Was great with exception if packaged food breakfast. We don’t eat lots if carbs so we did not eat any of it. The bottle water was good as we were headed to Newport.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to

This place was perfect for a family. Clean rooms. A Walmart and Aldis directly across the street. Texas Roadhouse right next store in the same parking lot. I felt very comfortable having a drink at the restaurant next store while my teens enjoyed the pool. The front desk staff were so helpful!

To write a nice review about your experience, you could say something like:"I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff, especially the cleaning lady, went above and beyond to make sure I had a memorable stay. I accidentally left my Apple Watch in the room, but thanks to her honesty and kindness, I was reunited with it. I truly appreciate their outstanding service and attention to detail.

Staff (Jul and MiMi) are awesome. Room was clean.

Definitely clean accommodation. Convenient parking and exit. Halloween decorations were very nice. It took me a day to figure our room temperature. I understand importance of cooler temps but I'm older so I like my room warmer. I ended up buying a throw blanket at nearby Target to make the temperature comfortable.
