“While the furnishings in the room are showing their age and are a bit worn, the room was very clean and very quiet. The hotel lobby still has a lot of the elegance from yesteryear. The service and food at the main floor lounge and breakfast room was fantastic and the views of the River Valley were great. Convenient downtown location at a reasonable rate. Would stay again.”

“Amazing scene. But Hotel staff are not friendly. STAFF in the front desk and concierge are indifferent, erogate. We asked for details of the sunrise tour, the first thing she told us was the cacelation policy instead of what we expected to enjoy!! Coffee machine and even kettle are not working. no change arranged even requested. With the exceptionally expensive room rate, not money worthwhile. ”
