“The first room we got had a weird weed smell, even though we were on the non-smoking floor. When the staff were alerted, they immediately upgraded us to the VIP floor. Though that room was better, it still had a weird smell of a different kind and I had to go get a candle and a room freshner. The furniture was old-fashioned and I think the space needs upgrading. The staff members were incredible and helpful.”

“It's a great property - very well located, spacious and clean. Staff very helpful. I honestly just found the room too cold despite adjusting temperature and it's so dark even with all the lights on. Minor in the big picture.”

“Amazing scene. But Hotel staff are not friendly. STAFF in the front desk and concierge are indifferent, erogate. We asked for details of the sunrise tour, the first thing she told us was the cacelation policy instead of what we expected to enjoy!! Coffee machine and even kettle are not working. no change arranged even requested. With the exceptionally expensive room rate, not money worthwhile. ”
