“It was clean for the most part, except the mounds of hair behind the mattress. But, the place needs some minor defects that need to be addressed like there was a hole in our celling i dont know if it leaks, our room phone didnt work, and the toielt had issues flushing because it didn't rain while we were there. I saw they had a cold breakfast and they really dont its like 2 (literally two muffins, onr day there was 3 muffins )next to some coffee and for the price should of had that.”

“My husband & I go to your Eureka Springs 5-6x a year for the last 5yrs. We have been staying at this property for the last 2 1/2. I probably stayed there 8-10 times prior to this last stay from 9/3/26-9/5/26, 3 days 2 nights. My husband passed away suddenly & unexpectedly 1/7/26. This trip was my first trip back since I lost him. I was there to put his ashes in places that were special to us. I always book a room with a hot tub/jetted tub in it. This time was no exception. Half of the lights……

“Wasn’t a bad place, pool was a little dirty, stains on the linens, fridge went out during our stay and ruined our stuff. Bed was comfortable easy access while we explored the area. Staff was great.”

“This hotel is 10 out of 10. The rooms are. fresh and clean. When you walk into the hotel a fresh smell hits your nose. The housekeeping staff is well dressed and very pleasant. I love the fact they check each morning to offer fresh towels etc.We have stayed here over 5 times while visiting family in memphis and will always stay here. You pay for what you get but southland gave more. Best hotel ever!!”

“The staff were friendly. Our room was mostly clean. There appeared to be some construction going on in the bathroom. The tile next to the toilet still had small cut off pieces and dust around it. The tile around the tub was not sealed and had exposed edges. The breakfast area was mostly clean, but there were so many people and the food did not stay filled. I think they may have run out of breakfast.”
