“Rooms, pool , lobby and staff were all wonderful. Quiet and relaxing place to stay right on the water. Will come here again!”

“The staff was so receptive to any request. We liked our location as we could walk out from our room to the beach. I would stay here again.”

“The only positive was the brunch, the rooms were so outdated for the price and they smelled . Mattress was extremely uncomfortable and smelled.”

“It was a nice place to stay. Very cleanly. Nice to have a pool and hot tub to take a dip. My least favorite part of Traverse City is the walkability though. Just drive 3 minutes, get in your car, and drive again. You will lose so much time trying to walk around this unwalkable beach town.”

“Room was good, not great, but worked for a quick motorcycle trip. Staff was ok, short staffed it seemed like as there was only one person that was around, however not really attentive.”

“not good”

“It was a wonderful place to stay if you just need a night or two for business. It was fine for me. There were no staff but that's okay. It makes it so easy to check in and out. The bed was comfortable. The room was beautiful and cozy. The bathroom was really nice also. Highly satisfied.”

“Beautiful view on the lake and direct access to the walkable downtown district within 10 minutes. Didn't use amenities much and no real options for breakfast without paying high prices for a preprocessed sandwich so look to downtown for better options such as the Town Plaza. Room was adequate but wasn't able to get a King so wife and I slept separately, which I thought was odd for the shoulder season.”

“Good for the price and they allow dogs which is a plus. Room was clean, pool/hot tub was clean. The bed in my room was very creaky almost as if the base was cracked or broken. Cleaning staff knocked on my door twice in the morning to see if I was still in there, this was pretty unprofessional. Staff should not be bothering tenants the morning of their check out. Check out is at 11, and the rooms should be left alone until then.”

“The hotel isn't fancy, but it is clean and comfortable. The real draw.is the location. The views were spectacular (ask for a room on an upper floor!) The pools and hot tubs were lovely.”

“Liked the space but missed having a front desk”
