“Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was great. They were able to upgrade my room to a higher floor with a perfect view of the Arch! Only one complaint, only 2 elevators were working on our side of the building and it took a long time to come downstairs from my room.”

“Everything was good except one of the queen beds was sloped to one side of about 2 inches. So i kept waking up on the other side almost off the bed. Pillows wedged helped stay put in one spot. Food was good for breakfast. Kind of small room with only one desk wuth a chair. No comfy chair. Shower had good pressure. Nice quiet location.”

“The rooms are clean but dated. We were on the 3rd floor and had to I run the water 3 minutes before we could get hot water. If you don’t find a discount I wouldn’t pay the rate they ask. The staff at the dock acted like it was their first day except for Asia. She was great at what she does. This isn’t the resorts fault but during our stay the kids were a big problem. They took over the smaller slide and were clogging the slide with one kid halfway down. Then another 5 or six would get on the……
