“1. Wiped up a spot on the floor and the towel was black from the dirt on the floor. 2. Housekeeping never came to our room with a two night stay. Trash running over and ran out of toilet paper. No clean towels or wash clothes. 3. coffee pot didn't work. 4. Never enough or any towels in the pool areas.”

“Enjoyed game room and work out area. Bummer that pools were closed but they were working on them. Looks like they will be nice with a water slide too. We would definitely stay there again. Staff is friendly. S’mores every evening are a nice touch too”

“Great location. Good enough hotel for the money. Staff was very sped up and could come off as rude. Hair all over the bed. Drawers were disgusting, crumbs and leftover food in there. It was a concert weekend so maybe it was due to overcapacity but I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.”

“I’ve stayed in lots of hotels, but this was by far THE worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You’d think for over $200 a night you’d at least get a clean, updated room, but no. Our room was filthy and out dated. The bathroom doorknob was broken, bathtub chipped and cracked, bloodstains on the sheets, windows wouldn’t open, the door barely latched. Listing showed very deceptive photos, said it would sleep 4, there were two tiny full sized beds on rickety frames I could’ve easily pushed over. Not sure……
