“Overall stay was nice but I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t want to take cash to pay for snacks and I didn’t like that don’t give you complimentary breakfast with your stay”

“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……

“Great staff! I tried to check in and my room wasn't ready. I came back 3 hours later and they remembered me by name and had me checked in right away. Breakfast was great and hotel room was super clean and comfortable.”

“While this was a cute old hotel with new life be breathed into it...there were a few things that were disappointing. The lobby and breakfast room is on the second floor! I did not see an elevator although there may have been one I missed. But is was a strange set up to say the least. They did have a cool Vinyl room and a pool table that you can play for free but they charge for everything else. For example the lock box for your valuables in the room! Really! Then there is NO live TV! They……

“The power went out on the property 6/6/26 beyond 6/7/26 and were told power would be restored soon! Never happened. We checked into another hotel to avoid another day of disaster! Elevator was out of service and nobody would answer the phones!”
