"We came down for the weekend to watch the king tides. They gave us an awesome room on the third story overlooking the beach. Our room had a king bed, a big open shower and a tub in our room! All the people we interacted with were exceptional! So much so, we added to more nights to our trip! We will definitely be back to stay again!"

"This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at the Hayward. The rooms are comfortable and I like the way the hotel has been redone; it looks like it may have been built in the 60’s and they respect the eras aesthetic without being campy. The bed was comfortable, I wish they had higher toilets in regular rooms (old knees and surgeries but…). The best part was the very much above average food in the bar and the fantastic drinks. Really top notch bartending. "
