“I liked the fridge with a larger freezer than many places. We were able to fit all our ice packs in it. The TV remote only worked to turn it on do I was unable to change channels or control the volume. The shower worked but needs maintenance. It was nice that it had an anti slip surface.”

“This stay was everything we needed to rest and relax! The place was just like it said it would be and what a great experience from laying in bed watching nature, taking a shower with the a bucket head (must experience) and eating hotdogs over the fire outside! The host was great and quick to answer. Our dog loved running the yard! Just perfect for us!”

“Well it was glamping not a cabin which is what I am use to booking so Rustic, no workable kitchen lacking dishes, glasses, dorm size fridge, gas stove I was afraid to use. Bathroom had clever ways to adapt to shower.No hot water in the sinks no towels provided. Bedding had plastic crinkliy covers and the upper bunk was not fit for anyone over 3 feet tall. On a positive note the outside area was beautiful scenery so green with plenty of birds and walking areas and the host was friendly.”

Paula was an excellent host and it was located close to the interstate. The location was perfect to visit The Arc Encounter, The Creation Museum, Lexington and Louisville. ”

“The cabin was clean and well provisioned. It is located at the end of about a half mile gravel road in a pretty remote area. It is a drive to get to restaurants or grocery stores. The host was very responsive to our questions. The hot tub was ok, the jets were not very strong. There are kayaks but limited access to the lake, only off the dock which would have been difficult for us. This was not exactly what we were expecting.. ”

“loved the place. Only suggestion is to have some living room furniture in the basement and move the bunk beds upstairs in the open area. No sitting area made it hard to enjoy as a family. The place was beautiful and would love to return when I can enjoy the wrap around porch and view!”
