“Room was clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly professional and prompt when checking in and out and anything else we needed during our stay. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but good, kids were a bit picky about it. Quite area. Only downside was everything is a drive. The beach is a bit of a walk or bike but the beach itself was nice and not overcrowded. Definitely worth the stay and would recommend and return in future.”

“The front desk manager literally stopped talking to her client to yell at me when asking about early check in. The woman helping me was mortified and admitted she’s seen that behavior before. The shower leaked. The sink wouldn’t drain. The bathroom light switch is in the living area not in the bathroom. Very poor lighting dark and dreary. I reserved a corner room specifically for 2 windows guaranteeing more light and was forced to downgrade because “they were totally booked the night before” and……

“A very convenient place to stay, especially close to Brown University, making it easy to walk to campus. Parking, however, is not very convenient — you have to park in the public lot across the street, and the parking fees there are quite expensive.”
