“Very well taken care of hotel. Love that the wristbands were included in our stay! ”

“Used bar of soap left in the shower.....was the tub/shower cleaned? It can happen though, easy to miss that. Room door keypads must be needing new batteries. I had the cards re-keyed twice and they still weren't working well. Staff was awesome though!!”

“Lock didn’t work on door, check in took forever, lights falling out of ceiling, shower head falling out of wall, outlet covers pulled out of wall, bar closed two hours earlier than stated, and so much chlorine that my family had asthma attacks and broke out in rashes.”

“Beautiful new hotel. The staff were outstanding! Extremely helpful and courteous. Perfect location connected to Sanford hospital since we had a family member in the hospital.”

“This was a wonderful stay! I highly recommend. They are dog friendly (for a fee) and it was the best property we've ever stayed at with pets. For those who travel with pets, you know what I mean! It felt luxurious, very comfortable bed. We loved that the dog friendly rooms have the exterior access door too, that was a big help. The breakfast was different every morning and delicious every time! It was exciting to find out what the breakfast menu was each day. The pool and hot tub were quiet and……

“I asked for room away from children and she gave a room across the hall from screaming child. I asked about it but no help.”

“Clean and neat rooms, charming and friendly reception, and a tasty breakfast selection. The only downside is that the bathroom fan and the light share the same switch, and the fan is very noisy.”

“I had reserved a King bedroom, but was given a 2 Queen bedroom because of over booking. When I got into the room, there was another persons name on the information channel on the TV. One of the beds had a dip in it, so I kept rolling into it. Also, the vent in the bathroom was constantly running, no on or off switch. Usually Marriott hotels are very nice, and this was one of the more expensive rooms in Rapid City, so I was surprised that I had issues. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but I will……

“I love staying at the Bullock Holtel when we go to Deadwood. It's right in the middle of everything, nice staff and very nice rooms. Very historic and gives you the feel of the old west. Highly recommend!!!”

“Great loctaion, pretty quiet place, breakfast was good! The only cons I witnessed...hot tub could use a cleaning and my room had a unpleasant smell to it.”
