“We stayed in a king suite room; it was super spacious, updated, and clean. We loved the water park access! The restaurant, Sliders, had a good variety of food options and wasn't terribly overpriced. Breakfast was good--they had waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, and egg and sausage patties. My only complaints are that the water park was very overcrowded and there were too few lifeguards. Without adequate supervision, there were quite a few kids paying no attention……

“We were in Sioux Falls for a concert and had a lovely stay. Room was charming and spotless. Staff were friendly. The location was perfect - within walking distance to venue, restaurants and shopping.”

“The hotel staff were friendly. Check in was quick. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was awesome. The pool was on the smaller side. The barn door on the bathroom had a large gap when “closed,” which made it very easy to see who was in the shower. ”

“Staff was wonderful. When I checked in directions were giving how to access the elevator to room. Which desk to get players card and navigate to eat meals. I received text messages asking how my stay was going if I needed help with anything message back. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend to friends and family.”

“This was my first time to stay at the Sioux Falls clubhouse. It was so nice and clean. And the staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed the outside area for my dog and the kids. We also used the eating area when friends visited. We had a place to sit and visit outside our rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Great area for families with children. The only thing we were disappointed in was we ordered quite a few times from the restaurant at the pool but they won’t let you bring in food from outside there restaurant at all. You can only eat there burgers and pizza so many times. We saw a lot of people bring in food from door dash and so we did the same and got told we couldn’t eat it in the pool area or surrounding areas. Pretty pathetic. We spent a lot of money at the hotel and the water park ”

“Everything was outstanding, but it would be nice to have something other than sausage and eggs every morning like bacon one day. ”

“The staff was extremely accommodating. I learned Deadwood is not a very handicap accessible place but the hotel was except for the casino across the street. I would have to go outdoors to go to the next levels of the casino which to be fair. This is a historic town so I get that they don't want to alter it very much and the parking was across the street and you had to go around the parking lot and they don't like to shovel the sidewalks and Deadwood sidewalks are very icy which does happen in……

“It was a busy weekend but garbage was not emptied by elevator on 2nd floor. There was trouble with the room key card but staff was good about giving new cards however I believe it was the reader on the door that was the trouble.”
