“Friendly and accommodating clean.”

“Wish I could say it was a nice stay. My biggest take away would be the OUTER doors are NOT locked at ANY TIME. As a single female traveler, I find this very concerning. I travel with my service dog and my competition dog, so I decided not to find another place for the weekend. The first room assigned had hairs inside the bedding. I asked for another room and in that one, the bathtub had black hair at the drain(I discovered this the next morning) luckily, I carry disinfectant cleaner with me.……

“I was there on business for a week it was perfect for my situation I would definitely stay in the future.”

“There was only a refrigerator in the room and microwave. The staff was extremely nice. Although the place has some age to it, it was clean”

“Our lakeside luxury room was beautiful and cozy. The staff and food in the restaurant were amazing. The bartender (Eli) and our server (Hope) were top notch. We will definitely be back.”

“Room was clean. It's quiet and very comfortable. Plus it has an on site laundry for guests and staff was kind and willing to help when needed or asked questions ”

“The trash and dirty towels from the previous guest was not removed from the room prior to us being given the room key. Small pieces of baseboard trim was no longer attached to the wall - it was the first thing we saw when opening the door. Carpeting in the hallways needs replaced. The staff were friendly once they came to the desk, but the front desk did not have any staff whenever we went to the lobby.”

“The rooms can hear everything. So many people running up and down the halls throughout the night/ kids screaming. Sounds proofing could be improved. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast could use some improvements ”

“I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it.”

“Clean room, Staff was great, air conditioning was good, but the buffet style breakfast was lackluster. Could've been free. Seemed greedy to charge for what was offered. It was about $9 per person with only a few things to choose from. Fresh fruits, oatmeal, cereals, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage links. Things that are usually free in other hotels.”

“Because my family was attending the tennis state final, we stayed in this hotel. The hotel facilities are average, but the price is relatively expensive, perhaps because of the peak season.”

“There is a few issues but the staff was very easy to deal with in that alone made it a better experience”
