“Stayed 3 nights for my birthday and this was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had while traveling. Rooms were clean, hotel staff were very attentive to our needs. My husband got sick in the middle of the night, needed a quick linen change and they were right on it. They gave us a courtesy call in the morning to check in to make sure he was ok and find out if he wanted to see the onsite doctor. The only thing I can say needed improvement was the drinks and the food at the Mexican……

“Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails
That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. Great location. Food and drink are great. A mix of fun and high end cocktails. Cater very well to allergies. ……

“The room was good but had an issue with the bathroom faucet otherwise pretty standard. Mattresses were a bid stiff and not very comfortable but overall resort was great
The food and options were plentiful and had a variety. Reservations for the Mexican Italian dinners were easy and we did also pay the $20 per person for the hibachi experience which was well worth it. PROPERTY IS ON THE BEACH and no extra costs for seating and umbrellas all included no extra cost for cabanas near pools either……

“Great budget friendly hotel. The staff is super friendly. Housekeeping was exceptional! The rooms are vintage themed with comfortable beds. The pool is nice, the hot tub though was not heated unfortunately. No food options on site, but only a 2 minute walk to store. Better option for breakfast or dinner is Noventa y tres which has amazing food! 3 minute walk. Would stay here again! ”
