"We were able to check-in through my computer early. It was very simple. Originally we were asked to use their app, but I really didn't want to download another app on my phone so I figured I'd just check-in the regular way. It seems that they read my mind because all of a sudden I was able to check-in early through a link in my email. Not bad. The hotel was pretty easy to find. We were greeted upon arrival and asked if we had a floor preference. Nice. The room was very clean and there was a was a welcome message on the tv. The bed was comfy and the pillows were an assortment of both firm and soft. The only thing we found lacking was the breakfast. What was there was nice, but there wasn't much. "
