"un hotel bastante malo, no había agua caliente en el baño, lleno de moscos y arañas que no te dejaban dormir, el desayuno era nada mas rebanadas de mango cafe y pan tostado, el aire acondicionado era un ventilador que no te deja dormir por el ruido. en general muy mal hotel, nuestra estancia eran tres noches pero decidimos movernos de hotel al día siguiente. muy mal experiencia. "The resort was amazing only tip is dont eat at the resosrts take a taxi in to the city of tulum food is much much cheaper outside the resort areas, most restaurants in the resort area charge $20 usd per taco, in central tulum tacos are $1.30 each but nomade is probably one of the most beautiful places I've ever been too would definitely come again"

"property is cute! Our room got changed when we arrived, unsure if it was better or worse than the one we originally booked. The room we stayed in only had one outlet. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Suitable for a night or two. the “continental” breakfast was fruit and toast only"

Olivia Oceanfront was the perfect place for our bachelorette trip in Tulum! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. We also loved how easy and convenient the digital check-in process was.
The property has amazing amenities, including beautiful rooftop areas, a jacuzzi, a beach club, restaurants, and a gym. Everything we needed for a fun and relaxing girls’ getaway was right there!

Sana and its entire staff was absolutely top tier. The facility was clean and refreshing as a change of scenery of the “”Tulum” aesthetic. Our room was upgraded and we had a peaceful and relaxing time. We will certainly be back to enjoy for our next vacation as this trip was strictly for work. Top marks all around for Sana Tulum. Highly recommended.

This hotel was beyond my expectations. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious and the presentation is stunning. Patricio in front desk was able to answer any questions and make reservations for us. He is amazing along with Paulina in front desk. I felt right at home. The guys in the restaurant and beach club area left me with no words. Carlos, Roberto, and Jose Manuel in the beach club gave the best service. So personable and friendly. Truly a “little gem.” We wanted a quiet space off the town center to return to after long days exploring, and we got it. It’s still walking distance to food and convenience stores, or a short bike to the main strip. It’s not a bad drive to the beach, but if you want to do tulum beach, stay in the hotel district; if you want to explore the city and travel to nearby cities, stay at Little Gem!

Quite possibly the most beautiful and relaxing stay I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay that is reflective of the natural beauty and environment of Tulum and not the all-inclusive resort side. Also the opportunity to see baby sea turtles climb the shore past my room at night is a memory I’ll have forever.

My husband and I just recently visited and all we can say is WOW!! This experience for us was exactly what we wanted and needed. The generosity that each staff members brought was very heart warming and truly inspiring to see. From Laurna’s kindness, Efrains cool vibe and conversations, Eddy’s amazing breakfast service and joyful self, Angel’s wholesome personality, Alfredo making me coffee every morning at 5AM.. when he didn’t have to, and we cannot forget Carlo’s determination to go over the...

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. I thought we were going to feel regretful for not staying at a beach resort, but I'm so glad we stayed here instead. We woke up every morning and hopped on the rental bikes and rode into town (and if you're ambitious like us- the ruins, the beaches, and the cenotes- all were a bit of a hike but worth it). Once back at Tiki Tiki, we'd immediately drop our stuff, jump in the pool, and grab a carefully crafted cocktail from the bar. The whole staff...

My wife and I had a wonderful three night retreat here. We were looking for somewhere quiet, where we could sit by the ocean and read and chill. This was perfect. The service was great and everything on the menu was delicious. We walked to the Mezzanine for Thai food one night, which was great! One day we took a taxi ($550 MX) to the strip and had tacos at La Zebra (also great).

Shibari Tulum is MAGICAL. The pictures don’t even do it justice. The resort is beautiful, relaxing and fun and the staff is overly friendly and accommodating. Fernando, Danny, George, Jorge, Natalia, Yahaira, Francisco, Karla, and all the other Shibari staff made our weeklong stay absolutely perfect. My experience was lovely...tranquil, natural beauty, no loud music blasting, pristine beach, a super kind staff...all good. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. I would not recommended eating dinner there (Ziggy's) because the portions are tiny and the prices are high.
To get downtown a taxi is needed...no worries, you can catch one within minutes. There are lots of restaurants (downtown); but, El Carmello's is off the hook ( no pun intended)!! The seafood is ridiculously fresh and...
