"The hotel was clean, and the room was clean. the complimentary breakfast was excellent! Also, when I requested a taxi cab to a local church after checkout, the service was prompt and I arrived at the church in time for the service!"
"Very clean and quiet. Front desk staff was super friendly. Hotel beds were comfortable. Breakfast options and seating were very appealing and helpful for our stay. "
"Nice hotel. We stay on average once a month. It's our go to hotel. Hallway carpeting can be updated. It's a great place and staff is always very inviting and pleasant. "

"Front desk upgraded us to a room with view. That was great. The only thing I would suggest is fixing the drawers so they stayed closed. That was a bit annoying. Rm #1953"

"A nice hotel to use as a base to visit Chicago. The location was great for what we wanted to see and do. The rooms were small but adequate. Nothing fancy."

"I went for the woman's dorm/hostel thing and shared a room with 3 other women. The bunks were confortable and allowed for privacy. They were tall enough to sit in comfortably and everything was clean. My roomates were wonderful and we all kept to ourselves. This was a business trip and all I needed was a means to shower and a place to rest my head, which I was able to do with ease. "
"The hotel was very nice. They have a very strict 4pm check-in policy and charged us $25 for early check in at 2 pm. Aside from that, it’s very conveniently located near Magnificent mile. We walked most of the time but there is a bus stop around."
