“This place was horrible. The reservation says gates are locked . They was wide open for anyone to come in. I got trapped in one of the elevators . The pics are deceiving about location. There’s an area upstairs that looks like an old abandoned town. To get to your room , you have to go through another room. We tried to ask for our money back through Expedia because the experience was so horrible and they denied us. The only thing good about the place was the parking pass”

“Clean room but pull out bed was not able to come out with out us moving heavy footstool into middle of room so I it wasn't ideal.we were to get a king but bed seemed like a queen. Breakfast was ok Check in and check out was great.”

“I couldn’t find the ice machine”

“The only downside is our bathroom tub. It’s very concave. I had to stay focused on staying in the middle of the tub while showering. Any shift to right or left, I would probably fall. I’m not handicap but thanks to the bars to grab onto. My best friend reference that tub to being similar to being in a canoe.”

“Lovely, truly historic hotel that feels more like an old B&B. It's like going back in time. If you like historic places, you will enjoy. Not for those who want upscale hotels, but they go above and beyond to provide an essentials you might want. Will return asap!”
