- The DINING area with a table to seat 8 comfortably for a relaxing sit-down meal at home. Plus, a BREAKFAST BAR at the kitchen counter with 3 bar stools.
- A fully-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home.
- 2 COMFORTABLY FURNISHED BEDROOMS, both with SMART TVs and FULL ENSUITE BATHROOMS to accommodate 6 as such:

You’ll even find a Walmart supercenter, Starbucks, pharmacies, convenience stores and more, all within walking distance!

Getting Around: The condo is about a 50-minute drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN), 55.1 km/34.2 miles however, check your mobile map apps when you arrive as driving time varies depending on the time of day. When you arrive at the property, if you’re arriving by car, there’s free underground parking available at Aldea Thai. Just ask the guard where to park.
Also, if you’re driving around Playa, be aware there are PARKING METERS in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm. You have to look for the parking kiosk, pay, and display your receipt on your car’s dashboard. Luckily, this property is so centrally-located you can easily walk to many places in town. For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.

Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $50; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($100 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $50 will be charged.
Please make sure to return your bracelets to reception upon check out. A penalty of $12 USD per missing bracelet will apply otherwise.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
