"Beautiful historical hotel and very close to attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago. The lobby is amazing. We liked the style. The room on the 14th floor was surprisingly quiet. - Some minor issues - parking is across the street with accessibility issues. The breakfast was only available with wait list for hotel guests - same issue for room service (“45 min wait” on a Saturday at 9 am). "I would recommend vacuuming restaurant floor and wiping off hvac vents there too. Staff was awesome. Pool could’ve been a bit cleaner but nice. We enjoyed hot tub, pantry, pool, and walking path, river plus overall location. I would stay there again. "
