“It was an odd experience. We were to have 2 nights . The confirmation came back 1 night. Only available I paid insurance but could not cancel the room because I would have lost my money . I had to do a second night through Hampton Inn separately. After we got there the person at the desk helped us get a second night in the same room . My daughter and I were there for a funeral . No time to change rooms as it was at 10 in the morning”

“Hotel was very nice and well maintained. My daughter enjoyed the stay and not willing to go outside ..”

“A/C in room didn’t work, phone in room didn’t work, shower had no water pressure, system was down and had to wait 3 hrs to check in, gave me a key to a room with manual process, walked in on couple in occupied room. Staff called manager, she was a no show”

We finally changed rooms but none of those amenities were there either although I did get a working blow dryer after three tries. The room and the hotel was a lot shavier than I thought it would be. “I arrived to the hotel and was told my room was booked incorrectly so if I wanted the appropriate size room I would have the cancel and rebook through Expedia. I was offered no solution or explanation, just told to talk to Expedia. Also, the front door was locked at night and you had to speak through a telephone to the desk manager. Even after knowing I had a reservation she wouldn’t let me in for several minutes. It did not make me feel safe in the area and I would avoid booking here.”
