Felizia mérite une mention spéciale : gracieuse, serviable et d’une efficacité impressionnante. Elle a monté ma valise jusqu’au 4ᵉ étage (sans ascenseur), et a même pris l’initiative d’aller au supermarché pour m’acheter des produits sans gluten et sans lactose, qu’elle a déposés discrètement dans la chambre. Une attention rare et profondément……

“This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable. Things to improve: its a/c doesn’t really cool due to room size and door/windows unsealed. The bathroom is extremely unsafe. Yet i recommend it for solo or……

“Perfect location. But the Summer room did not have a shower enclosure which made it difficult to shower properly. Plus a lot of steps and a very, very slow and claustrophobic elevator.”

“What my girlfriend loved the most was the bathtub! We have been busy traveling the last week and a half and she was overjoyed with a chance to soak in a bath tub. Room was spacious and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was centrally located and within easy walking distance to Piazza del Campo. Looking forward to staying with Piazza Paradiso accommodation again. We will definitely recommend Piazza Paradiso to all our friends visiting Siena!”
