“The floor was not clean at all, the floor was not moped at all. We had to put bed sheets on the floor just so we could walk around the room. There was stains on the blinds that were huge. There was no hair dryer, hand soap or iron which you normally get everywhere as a minimum. The shower head was coming off and the wall was exposed. There was insects behind the desk. The air conditioning unit was full of dust and for someone with asthma, this was not pleasant at all. Would not recommend to even……

“The hotel is in a great area close to boardwalk etc. The door to the room was hard to open and the key sometimes didn’t work. If there is no staff available then you could be out in the cold. The bed was hard and the room was cold with no area to hang out. The pool was good. If you want a good breakfast place there’s a cafe across the street with great breakfast burritos, and pancakes. Please note that all of Santa Cruz closes at 9pm. Ha!”

“This was the grossest room I’ve stayed in in a very long time. The bathroom smelled like urine (like really badly) and the rest of the room smelled like something unexplainable, I paid for a room with a fridge and microwave and didn’t get one, there was no trash bin, the walls were covered in black smudges, the ac unit only partially worked and was covered in a thick layer of dust, the sheets were squeaky and had sand in them. I can’t believe how much I paid for this room!”

“our room was not clean. The sink had hair and clogged The towels look dirty the floor was dirty it looked like it was not even touch by housekeeping . One of the cabinets had ketchup stains all over. We didn’t complain because we check in late. Staff was good. We didn’t try the breakfast nor the hot tub.”
