“I booked this room specifically because it said it had a pool. So disappointed to go down to the pool in the am to find it closed- a crew working on the slide and no towels in sight. Very disappointing”

“The room close to highway is too loud to fall asleep.”

“The room was not clean, the TV wouldn’t work right. The rooms smelled and the area around the hotel was not maintained or cleaned properly . Elevators dirty ice was sticky and messy. This hotel is also very understaffed.”

“Breakfast was fresh. Parking was easy. Staff often did not understand English. We told the front desk twice that there was glass in the parking lot from a wine bottle, it looked like broke. First day, no one did anything. My husband second day notified them and the glass the third day was still there. I personally picked up big pieces”

“There were small maintenance issues that seemed to be something that would have been caught beforehand, otherwise the stay was pleasant and I would stay again.”
