“We loved staying in our Bluebird Cottage! Check-in and check-out were super fast and easy, the staff were helpful and friendly, parking was right next to our cottage, and the grounds were immaculate. It was in a great location near lots of little shops and amazing restaurants, and the closest place to stay if you're going to the Idyllwild Renaissance Faire! I am only rating it 4 stars though because our room smelled pretty bad. It almost smelled like pee and light mold and we had to air it out……

“1st room i was given was not ready beds were not made and a tray of spoiled food was in the foom making it smell awful. The second room i was give the fridge was defrosted and filled with water shower curtain was dirty the whole bathroom Was pretty bad. The pool was empty and unusable also all in all not a great place i would would say spend the extra 100 or so and just stay in the Temecula murrieta area.”

“I'm connected to another apartment. The blinds in my child's room don't block the light well. The balcony light of the neighboring house is very bright and the light shines in, making it impossible for my child to fall asleep.”

“The beds are very old box spring beds and pop every time you move. Fridge doesn't cool enough, The cable went out. Only 2 small towels provided. We stayed 4 days and no one cleaned our room once. It was quiet and clean. The grounds and pool seemed ok. We didn't use them though.”

“I am extremely disappointed with our stay. Before arrival, I called the hotel to let them know we would be checking in late and was assured our room would be held. Despite this, when we arrived after a 7-hour drive, we were told our reserved room had been given away and were forced into a one-bed room as a family of four. The next day we had to pack all of our belongings and switch rooms, only to discover the TV in the new room did not work. Staff was unable to resolve the issue, so we had to……
