“Overall very spacious place. All basic necessities provided like coffee, creamer, lotion, just anything extra. Extremely quick, helpful & friendly responses to all inquiries. Had some groceries delivered ahead of time & they put them in the fridge. TVs in every room with signed in accounts for easy access. Great and safe location. Will stay here again. ”

“This place is a cute lil gem. Clean comfy cozy oh did I say safe! The parking lot is tight! And you have to back out of the fence so if you’re terrible at going in reverse then. We did see some parking near the back that was pretty straight forward. They took everything into account to the smallest detail. I will definitely stay here in the future.”

“Our room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable, and the toiletries were of good quality. There was some.loud noises during the night from outside the hotel, loud engines accelerating several times. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.”

“Absolute wonderful location, just a block from Beale St. and a short walk to downtown to the north, the National Civil Rights Museum by the Lorraine Motel to the south, and multiple restaurants along Main St. to the west. The NBA Memphis Grizzlies and the Rock & Soul Museum are across the street. Sun and Stax Record Studio Museums are just 1 and 2 miles away. Hotel staff were welcoming and warm. ”

“Couldnt stay there again, smelt musty, looked old, air con was loudest iv ever heard, was not a nice hotel, only ok if you need 1 night to catch the amtrak train early. I wont be returning.”

“Parking garage connected to the property made parking extremely easy. Staff was fantastic and very helpful for all of our questions and needs. I would highly recomend this hotel if you are ever visiting the Memphis entertainment district. Perfect location.”

“Everything was great but the elevator to the Lookout at the top of the Pyramid was down due to renovations. Little disappointed we weren't informed of that during the booking process. Other than that we had an awesome stay”
