The hotel offers accessible rooms, which is thoughtful and inclusive. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who was incredibly attentive—they noticed my needs without being asked and kindly assisted me with printing, which was far beyond my expectations. A truly pleasant experience.”

“We stayed at their basic king size room that’s perfect for 1-2 person. It has Nespresso coffee machine, 2 adult size robes with slippers that are very comfy. Overall, the room is very nice and clean. The staff are also helpful and friendly. The room has no microwave and iron if you want to iron clothes. The hotel is nearby a grocery store, lots of different restaurants to choose from, gas stations, library, retail stores, a park, and many more. It is also in a quiet and family oriented……

“The service at the hotel was great. Every team member had a smile and was helpful. The room was clean and accommodating. I didnt care for the bathroom layout. It was small and the toilet paper holder was in an awkward spot. The toilet reminded me of a public toilet due to its design. Those are minor irritants. The view was amazing! We were on the 23rd floor overlooking the river. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at Wolfgang Kitchen. The food and service was great. The skywalk to DeVos……
