“After arriving late at night and going to sleep, I woke up and realized the bed I was sleeping in was filthy. The shower did not work and the bathroom vanity was unfinished. I packed my things back up and checked out being told I would be refunded. No response when I reached out twice in the Expedia app. I called the hotel and was again told I would be refunded. This was 3 weeks ago and no refund. This place is just awful.”

“The property was convenient to everything we needed to do during our stay. But, the door to the room would not shut on its own or open without a big push to get it past its strike plate. The exercise room was locked and not available the evening I wanted to use it. Staff said it was locked by accident but no one was available to get it unlocked until after 10 that night. The men’s restroom on first floor by breakfast area was out of order. In general, the place could use a lot of repair and……

“We found a can of soda in the fridge when we first came in the room, which really shocked us. Due to the fully booked hotel, the service they gave were limited as well. But overall this was a pleasant stay.”
