“The service of the lady at the Check-in counter was disappointing. She gave us an accessible room which we didn't ask for. As we only stay one night, we didn't request for a change of room and tolerated it.”

“The property was beautiful, and the outside was very well kept. All employees were very helpful. Around our tub was some grunge that looked like mold and I had a hard time getting the shampoo out of the dispenser in the tub.”

“Very good value of money. Bus stop in front of hotel. A few bus routes to city. This is my second visit with my family. In the future will stay in this hotel.”

“Very good place to stay. The shuttle to the airport was very nice and helped yo go to and from the airport quite easily.”

“Worst experience in UK! Elevator n key card not working, noisy room without sound proof at all! Bad housekeeping and dirty carpet! And bad reception except the checkout one!”

“Good breakfast and free parking Close to city around 10 mins drive”

“The service is good.”

“We really enjoyed our one-night stay. It was a short visit, but everything was lovely and comfortable. Our dog especially loved the bed! 🐶❤️ The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even nicer. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — I was especially happy to see sunny-side-up eggs! 😊 Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely be happy to stay again.”

“Over all good except carpet was dirty in the hallway in our room area”
