“Property overall is dated and needs maintenance. Discussion with franchise holder indicates this is a work in progress. Room was clean, but housekeeping overlooked providing shampoo or body wash for the shower dispensers. Porcelain tub did not have antii-slip appliques nor was a shower mat provided which presented a severe slipping hazard. Attitude of front desk staff was superlative and went to extremes to be helpful at check-in.”

“Clean, inexpensive place to sleep. No keurig or anything, but exactly everything you need to get through the night. A/C was either full blast or off, but it worked really well. Owners were very kind, would consider staying again if I were in the area. Not much to complain about”

“Everyone was friendly. Called ahead to check amenities to which I was very mislead. Reservation fee was removed for inconvenience.Rooms are very tight and not enough room for storage. Closet is in bathroom?!. Large amounts of light comes in through bathroom door, entry door and through all windows making room very bright at night. My bed was extremely saggy. After the 1st night I realized my bed had a broken box spring which I told front desk. I asked if maintenance could swtich out the box...

“This is such a cute and cozy little house. All amenities work as described. The heat and air conditioning function very well. The house is very clean with a comfortable little living room with a nice big screen TV.This is a remodeled lovely old home in a safe neighborhood. Rooms are small but definitely functional. “The place was very clean and well cared for, which made us feel comfortable right away. Check-in was incredibly easy and smooth, which we really appreciated after traveling. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, making it feel like a home away from home. We also loved the selection of board games—such a fun touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Cabin was great and in great location. Unfortunately, the Pine Mountain website said the skiing was open but when we checked in, they told us the mountain was closed because there was not enough snow. Great location right by the chairlift had the mountain been open. ”
