"The Front Desk Agents were not welcoming, very flatline. The Doorman was helpful and was personable. Bartenders not quick to serve us when we arrived, had their backs to us for over 8 minutes. Poor see ice, again, flatline and did not give us the feeling that they were happy in their work place. "

"It wasn't too bad. Originally had a room on the 8th which had too much wind noise on it. However, they immediately moved us to a room on the 5th which was much better. Service seemed decent. Room was clean. However, none of the devices through the tv worked (Hdmi hook up/ mirroring for phone or blue tooth). It is an older building originally so for the cost it's a bad go."
