“First of all when we checked in, my husband was informed we'd been put in a "pet room." We did not ask for a pet room, and did not want one, but the hotel clerk said that was what we got. She gave my husband two coupons to use in the bar, restaurant, or gift shop. We immediately noticed a smell when entering the room. Then, a dog began barking down the hall. "What did we get ourselves into?" I wondered. I called the front desk several times before anyone answered. I asked how we could use the……

“Checking in was smooth and easy ”

“Very distasteful establishment. Rude and dishonest. Desk representative left us at the front desk for a hour so we didn’t even check-in. As we waited and looked around the lobby we noticed it was very filthy. Baseboards were dirty rotten. Spots on the ceiling. Other guests began walking down saying they were leaving due to the nastiness of the establishment. When we reached out to Expedia for a refund, the hotel said they weren’t going to issue us one even though we never checked in,……

“The location is nice and room is fine. The room: no hooks for towels, loud noise very early in the morning, the elevator, hallway and room smell like weed. We stayed one night so we tough it out but it should not have to be that way. Customer service: very poor, check in rep wasn't friendly and the next morning we asked about breakfast, she said that we had to pay which we weren’t aware of. When we check in the rep was not friendly and did not inform us anything. She did not do anything for us……
